Job Title: Team Lead – Python (AI/ML &amp; Video Analytics)  Location: Gurgaon  Company: Amazin Automation Solutions Ltd.   Job Summary  <ul><li>We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Python to lead our AI/ML and Video Analytics team.  </li><li>The role involves managing a team of developers, building scalable solutions, and driving end to end development of computer vision-based applications.  </li></ul> Key Responsibilities  <ul><li>Lead and mentor a team working on AI/ML and video analytics solutions  </li><li>Design and develop scalable pipelines for real-time video processing  </li><li>Work on DeepStream / GStreamer, YOLO model training, inference, and deployment  </li><li>Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals  </li><li>Ensure high-quality code, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices  </li><li>Handle end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle including model development, testing, and deployment  </li><li>Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for real-time applications  </li></ul> Required Skills &amp; Experience  <ul><li>5–8 years of experience in Python development with at least 1–2 years in a  leadership role  </li><li>Strong experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch)  </li><li>Hands-on experience with YOLO models and video analytics projects  </li><li>Experience with DeepStream / GStreamer is highly preferred  </li><li>Strong understanding of real-time data processing and scalable system design  </li><li>Good knowledge of APIs, deployment, and cloud/edge computing (preferred)  </li><li>Strong problem-solving and team management skills  </li></ul> Preferred Qualifications  <ul><li>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field  </li><li>Experience in industrial automation, surveillance, or robotics domain is a plus </li></ul>
