Job Title: Relationship Executive – Secured Vertical (Home Loans & Loan Against Property)

Location: Noida

Industry: Banking / Financial Services / Fintech

Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years

Job Type: Full-Time


Candidate Profile:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Home Loans or LAP sales

Prior experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services industry preferred 

Good communication and customer handling skills

Basic understanding of secured loan products and lending processes 

Comfortable with sales targets and customer interaction

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Comfortable with field visits and lead generation activities

Team player with a positive and target-oriented approach 


Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:

Contact customers to explain Home Loan and LAP products

Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions

Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals

2. Sales & Lead Generation:

Generate leads through field activities, references, and networking


Promote secured loan products to prospective customers

Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets

3. Channel & DSA Coordination:

Coordinate with DSAs, channel partners, and realtors for business generation

Support relationship-building activities with sourcing partners

Maintain regular follow-ups with business associates 

4. Customer Support & Documentation:

Assist customers throughout the loan application process

Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates

Ensure proper collection and verification of documents

5. Reporting & Database Management:

Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports

Track lead status and daily activity updates

Ensure timely reporting to the reporting manager


Required Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge of Home Loans and LAP products

Good communication and negotiation skills

Strong customer service orientation

Relationship management and networking abilities

Basic understanding of banking and lending processes

4. Area Mapping & Market Coverage:

Conduct area and geography mapping regularly.

Identify potential markets and new sourcing opportunities.

Plan sales activities in coordination with reporting managers.

5. Relationship Management:

Maintain healthy relationships with customers and partners.

Ensure high customer satisfaction for repeat business and referrals.

Provide prompt support throughout the loan process.

6. Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain daily sales reports and lead tracking records.

Ensure proper documentation and process compliance.

Provide timely updates on business performance and pipeline.
