Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This role offers an initial 3-month on-site training and onboarding period at our Mohali office, designed to help you understand our recruitment processes, company culture, and hiring workflows. Upon successful completion of this period and based on performance, the role will transition into a full-time remote/work-from-home opportunity.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple open positions, and a good understanding of hiring strategies in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across functions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer status
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
- Use various sourcing techniques including headhunting and referrals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and work under deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hiring for multiple domains (IT / Non-IT / Sales, etc.)
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
- Experience in remote hiring environments
