About the Role:

Pidge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive / Field Recruiter to support vendor acquisition and blue-collar workforce hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding vendor partners, managing field recruitment activities, and ensuring manpower requirements are fulfilled efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard vendors/agencies that provide delivery executives (Blue-Collar Workforce).

• Conduct field visits to acquire and manage vendor partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely onboarding.

• Coordinate with operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements.

• Track vendor performance and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.

• Maintain recruitment reports and support vendor management activities.

• Ensure smooth communication between vendors and internal teams.

• Monitor hiring progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.


Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in field recruitment, staffing, vendor acquisition, or logistics operations.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in blue-collar hiring and vendor management.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
