Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern / Trainee to support our recruitment team in managing the hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates looking to start a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations while working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and scheduling activities
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Learn and apply various sourcing techniques, including referrals and headhunting
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is preferred
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office tools
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Internship experience in HR or recruitment (if any)
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals
- Understanding of candidate sourcing techniques
- Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
