Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Experience : 1 - 2 year
Role Overview
This is a target-driven, high-performance sales role focused on converting warm inbound leads into enrolments.
You will engage with students and working professionals who have already shown interest in finance and trading careers. Your role is to guide, persuade, and close high-value enrollments.
This is not a passive counselling role — we are looking for strong closers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own the entire lead pipeline
- Convert warm inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand prospects’ career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Handle objections related to: Fees, Course structure ,ROI, Career opportunities
- Execute consistent and structured follow-ups
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales/enrolment targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems: Lead status, Call notes, Follow-up schedules
- Provide feedback on lead quality and customer objections
- Represent the brand professionally at every interaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:Inside Sales / Admissions / EdTech Sales / High-ticket Sales
- Strong spoken English communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident and persuasive telephone communication skills
- Ability to join immediately
Good to Have
- Experience in EdTech, Finance, or Premium Services Sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Basic understanding of financial markets or trading
- Experience in high-ticket sales (₹1 lakh+ deals)
