About the Role
We are looking for a highly structured and execution-driven Project Manager – B2B & Government Operations to manage end-to-end project execution across enterprise and government clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving deployments, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful project delivery within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of B2B and B2G projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and track deliverables.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage enterprise client deployments and go-live activities for IoT and connected solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, OEM partners, and government authorities.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve execution challenges.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, documentation, and compliance records.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure smooth stakeholder communication.
- Track project performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and government departments.
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent execution capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and project tracking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IoT, Telematics, Mobility, Connected Vehicle, or Technology-driven projects.
- Exposure to government projects, tenders, compliance processes, or public sector engagements.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
