About the Role

We are looking for a highly structured and execution-driven Project Manager – B2B & Government Operations to manage end-to-end project execution across enterprise and government clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving deployments, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful project delivery within timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end execution of B2B and B2G projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and track deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage enterprise client deployments and go-live activities for IoT and connected solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, OEM partners, and government authorities.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve execution challenges.
  • Prepare project reports, status updates, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure smooth stakeholder communication.
  • Track project performance and provide regular updates to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and government departments.
  • Strong ownership mindset with excellent execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and project tracking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in IoT, Telematics, Mobility, Connected Vehicle, or Technology-driven projects.
  • Exposure to government projects, tenders, compliance processes, or public sector engagements.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
