Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically driven Sales & Service Engineer to manage the customer lifecycle . You will identify new business opportunities , deliver technical presentations , and provide hands - on post sales support . Your primary goal is to drive sales growth while ensuring maximum equipment up time and customer satisfaction .


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Lead Generation :- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
  • Technical Presentations :- Deliver product demonstrations and explain complex technical concepts to prospective clients
  • Proposal Management :- Prepare techno - commercial proposals , cost estimates , and tender documents
  • Account Management :- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and up sell opportunities


Service & Technical Support

  • Installation & Commissioning :- Perform on-site installation , configuration , and calibration of equipment .
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting :- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnose / resolve equipment faults or breakdowns
  • Customer Training :- Educate client staff on proper equipment usage , safety procedures , and basic maintenance
  • Feedback Loop :- Relay technical issues and customer feedback to the product development or engineering teams


Qualification & Requirments

  • Education :- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering ( Mechanical )
  • Experience :- 1-2 years of experience required

Job Description -

We are seeking a Learning Solutions – Account Manager who will focus on achieving revenue targets by growing revenue within existing customers as well as penetrating new accounts and geographies. The role requires a self-starter who can develop and execute account coverage plans and consistently deliver on revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should understand enterprise IT skilling requirements and how organizations adopt emerging technologies. The candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and business development skills, along with a passion for learning and technology.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to develop learning solutions that drive adoption and usage of emerging technologies. You will help customers identify pain points, create detailed learning proposals, and ensure smooth execution of training plans.


Key Responsibilities -

Drive business development for Learning Solutions and content development

Meet or exceed revenue targets within assigned accounts

Build strong consultative relationships with Learning Heads, BU Heads, IT Directors, and CIOs

Own and drive bookings, revenue, and margins across PAN India and international markets

Create and manage databases of prospects and leads

Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement

Execute sales campaigns across T1 and T2 cities

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across existing and new customers

Analyze sales metrics and account data to improve sales strategy

Drive new business acquisition in untapped customers and geographies

Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

Conduct training needs assessments with customers

Identify use cases for adoption of emerging technologies and best practices

Promote certifications and learning solutions to customers

Develop detailed training proposals and execution plans

Maintain strong customer relationships for successful execution of training plans

Provide forecasting and pipeline updates

Prepare and present business reviews to senior management

Create compelling value propositions around learning services

Work with partners for joint selling opportunities when required

Execute effective sales campaigns


Qualifications & Requirements -

BE / BSc IT / MSc IT / MBA (desirable)

2+ years of experience in IT solution sales

1–3 years of experience in sales management

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Understanding of emerging technologies

Good presentation, interpersonal, and selling skills

Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs

Target-driven mindset with strong commitment

Ability to handle workload and work pressure

Willingness to travel
