Job Title: HR Recruiter – Regional TeamLocation: AhmedabadExperience: 6 Months – 1YearEmployment Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our regional hiring team .The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing quality candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines. Key Responsibilities:· Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned regional requirements· Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and vendor support· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews· Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates· Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers· Follow up with shortlisted candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance· Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with HR operations team· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements· Work closely with regional managers to understand hiring needs Required Skills:· Good communication and interpersonal Skills· Strong sourcing and screening abilities· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines· Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)· Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle· Good coordination and follow-up skills Preferred Qualifications:· Graduate / MBA in HR or related field· Prior experience in bulk hiring or regional hiring is an added advantage
