About the Role

We are building a high-impact, digital-first finance content brand for young India. We’re looking for someone who can lead the editorial vision simplifying money, investing, and business into engaging, binge-worthy content that resonates with a large audience.

The ideal candidate will also be a camera-confident Anchor, capable of hosting the show, leading the team from the front, and owning the end-to-end content journey — from deciding topics and shaping the positioning of each story to reviewing and finalising scripts in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

1. Editorial Leadership

• Own content strategy, topics, and positioning of the channel
• Work with writers/researchers and other anchors to shape scripts and narratives
• Ensure accuracy, credibility, and audience relevance

2. On-Camera Anchor

• Host daily finance videos for YouTube
• Explain complex topics (stocks, SIPs, economy, personal finance) in a simple, relatable way
• Bring strong screen presence,authority, clarity, and storytelling

3. Content & Growth

• Identify trending finance topics, news, and viral angles
• Collaborate with design/edit teams for high-retention videos

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience as a finance creator / journalist,
• Background in Finance, Economics, or Business
• Solid understanding of finance (stocks, mutual funds, economy)
• Strong communication skills (Hindi)
• Excellent camera presence and storytelling ability
• 7 to 8 Years of experience
