About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Administration & Facilities to oversee end-to-end office administration and facility management operations across multiple locations. The role ensures smooth workplace functioning, vendor coordination, infrastructure maintenance, and compliance with safety and administrative standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operations
- Oversee facility management including housekeeping, security, and maintenance
- Handle vendor management, contracts, and service quality
- Manage procurement and office asset/inventory control
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and workplace standards
- Monitor administrative budgets and cost control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in administration/facility management
- Experience handling multi-location offices (300+ employees preferred)
- Strong vendor management and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and workplace compliance
