About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Administration & Facilities to oversee end-to-end office administration and facility management operations across multiple locations. The role ensures smooth workplace functioning, vendor coordination, infrastructure maintenance, and compliance with safety and administrative standards.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operations
  • Oversee facility management including housekeeping, security, and maintenance
  • Handle vendor management, contracts, and service quality
  • Manage procurement and office asset/inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and workplace standards
  • Monitor administrative budgets and cost control

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in administration/facility management
  • Experience handling multi-location offices (300+ employees preferred)
  • Strong vendor management and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and workplace compliance
