The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing quality candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned regional requirements</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and vendor support</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews</li><li>Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates</li><li>Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers</li><li>Follow up with shortlisted candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with HR operations team</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements</li><li>Work closely with regional managers to understand hiring needs</li></ul> Required Skills:<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong sourcing and screening abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)</li><li>Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle</li><li>Good coordination and follow-up skills</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate / MBA in HR or related field</li><li>Prior experience in bulk hiring or regional hiring is an added advantage</li></ul>
