Job Title: Business Development Executive – Travel IndustryLocation: Delhi NCRExperience: 1 – 2 Years <h3>About the Role:</h3>We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with travel agents and partners, driving business growth, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for onboarding and managing travel agents and business partners across the assigned region</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with 100–200 travel agents to drive engagement and business growth</li><li>Educate partners about TravClan’s products, services, and value proposition</li><li>Ensure high retention and satisfaction of agents by providing continuous support</li><li>Handle agent queries, grievances, and escalations related to bookings, payments, and services</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Product, Marketing) to improve processes and partner experience</li><li>Monitor agent performance and proactively identify opportunities to increase business volume</li><li>Organize and participate in offline and online events, meetups, and networking sessions</li><li>Travel within Delhi NCR to meet partners and strengthen relationships</li></ul> <h3>Candidate Requirements:</h3><ul><li>1 to 2 Years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the travel industry</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships</li><li>Comfortable with field work and extensive travel within Delhi NCR</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach</li><li>Prior experience in a travel agency, OTA, or travel startup is highly preferred</li></ul>
