Key Responsibilities:

* Generate leads through Upwork for Digital Marketing services

* Write customized proposals based on client requirements

* Respond to client messages and maintain communication

* Perform follow-ups to nurture leads

Required Skills:

* 1 year of experience with Upwork lead generation

* Basic understanding of SEO, SMO, and PPC concepts

* Good written English communication

* Self-motivated and target-oriented

For Mid-Level (2–3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and manage leads via Upwork

* Communicate with clients through chat and calls

* Understand marketing requirements and recommend solutions

* Coordinate with the internal marketing team

* Convert leads into paying clients

Preferred Skills:

* Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing services

* Proven Upwork sales experience

* Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills

* Deal closing experience is highly preferred
