The role requires a self-starter who can develop and execute account coverage plans and consistently deliver on revenue targets.The ideal candidate should understand enterprise IT skilling requirements and how organizations adopt emerging technologies. The candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and business development skills, along with a passion for learning and technology.In this role, you will work closely with customers to develop learning solutions that drive adoption and usage of emerging technologies. You will help customers identify pain points, create detailed learning proposals, and ensure smooth execution of training plans. Key Responsibilities -Drive business development for Learning Solutions and content developmentMeet or exceed revenue targets within assigned accountsBuild strong consultative relationships with Learning Heads, BU Heads, IT Directors, and CIOsOwn and drive bookings, revenue, and margins across PAN India and international marketsCreate and manage databases of prospects and leadsAccelerate customer adoption through education and engagementExecute sales campaigns across T1 and T2 citiesDevelop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across existing and new customersAnalyze sales metrics and account data to improve sales strategyDrive new business acquisition in untapped customers and geographiesDevelop long-term strategic relationships with key accountsConduct training needs assessments with customersIdentify use cases for adoption of emerging technologies and best practicesPromote certifications and learning solutions to customersDevelop detailed training proposals and execution plansMaintain strong customer relationships for successful execution of training plansProvide forecasting and pipeline updatesPrepare and present business reviews to senior managementCreate compelling value propositions around learning servicesWork with partners for joint selling opportunities when requiredExecute effective sales campaigns Qualifications &amp; Requirements -BE / BSc IT / MSc IT / MBA (desirable)2+ years of experience in IT solution sales1–3 years of experience in sales managementStrong verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of emerging technologiesGood presentation, interpersonal, and selling skillsAbility to actively listen and understand customer needsTarget-driven mindset with strong commitmentAbility to handle workload and work pressureWillingness to travel
