Experience Required:
- 5–7 years of experience as a Senior Medical Representative, OR
- Experience as an Area Business Manager (ABM) in the Pediatrics segment with exposure to the same territory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Pediatricians, Pediatric Neurologists, and Developmental Pediatricians.
- Generate patient referrals through doctor networks.
- Promote the organization's services and programs to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular doctor visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key doctors in the assigned area.
- Track referral activities and submit regular reports.
- Identify and onboard new doctors to expand the referral network.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth management of referred cases.
