We are hiring an experienced FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) Specialist to design, develop, and support BI analytics solutions and dashboards across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM environments using FDI schema and Oracle analytics tools. The candidate will be responsible for complete end-to-end delivery including requirement gathering, data modelling, dashboard development, performance tuning, governance, and production support.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive FDI/OAC dashboards, KPIs, reports, drill-downs, alerts, and mobile-enabled analytics.

• Build semantic models, subject areas, dimensions, and business metrics across ERP, HCM, and EPM modules.

• Work on ERP modules including GL, AP, AR, Procurement, and Projects along with EPM datasets such as Planning, FCCS, and ARCS.

• Implement row-level security, data governance, naming standards, and documentation processes.

• Reconcile dashboard data with source systems and create exception/control reports.

• Conduct demos, user training sessions, and prepare runbooks and self-service guides.

• Manage deployment, release management, version control, and production support activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6+ years of experience in Oracle Analytics/BI.

• Hands-on experience with FDI/FAW and Oracle Analytics Cloud/Server (OAC/OAS).

• Strong knowledge of FDI schemas and Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM reporting datasets.

• Advanced SQL skills with dimensional modelling (Star/Snowflake schema).

• Experience in KPI development, logical measures, complex filters, and dashboard performance optimization.

• Hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher including data models, bursting, and scheduling.

• Experience in implementing data roles, duty roles, and row-level security.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
