Job Responsibilities
- Source new customers for home loans through field visits, referrals, and tie-ups with builders, property dealers, and real estate agents. (Loan Against Property)
- Meet potential clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation of loan files.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of home loan products and processes.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience: 0–3/ 3-5/ 5 -10 years in sales (preferably in financial products, real estate, or banking).
