Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes on a full-time work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates based in North India for smoother coordination and operational alignment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across functions
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer status
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
  • Use various sourcing techniques including headhunting and referrals


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and work under deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hiring for multiple domains (IT / Non-IT / Sales, etc.)
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
  • Experience in remote hiring environments
