Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Working Days: 5.5 Days (Rotational Off)

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to drive end-to-end digital and conventional marketing initiatives that accelerate growth, enhance brand visibility, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels

• Drive performance marketing campaigns through SEM, PPC, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising

• Manage SEO, social media, email, SMS, and other customer engagement initiatives

• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools

• Improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales teams to implement customer-centric strategies

• Support team development and contribute to building a high-performing marketing function

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance-driven digital marketing

• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and automation platforms

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

• Experience in branding, creative campaigns, partnerships, and agency management is preferred

🎓 Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a premier institute

• MBA preferred
