Preferred Profile·        Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).·        Minimum 0915 years of experience in retail asset management, shopping mall management, or commercial real estate.·        Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex operations.·        Strong background in budgeting, leasing, and commercial negotiations.·        Strategic thinking and business acumen·        Strong financial and analytical skills·        Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities·        High-level communication and negotiation skills·        Customer-centric mindset·        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
