The role involves engaging potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and converting leads into policy sales.</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><h4>Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads</h4><h4>Explain health insurance products and offerings clearly</h4><h4>Generate and qualify leads through telecalling</h4><h4>Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets</h4><h4>Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales</h4><h4>Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM</h4><h4>Build and maintain customer relationships</h4><h4>Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Requirements</strong></h4><h4>0–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales (insurance preferred)</h4><h4>Strong communication and persuasion skills</h4><h4>Basic understanding of insurance products is a plus</h4><h4>Comfortable with targets and a performance-driven environment</h4><h4>Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, etc.)</h4><h4><br /></h4><p><br /></p>
