<h3>Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager/ BDM</h3>Experience: 3 YearsLocation: Chandigarh | JaipurMode: Onsite Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager / BDM to drive sales of hardware, data security, and data backup solutions to corporate clients in Chandigarh and Jaipur. This is a client-facing role requiring strong local market exposure and the ability to close deals in SMB and Enterprise segments. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sell hardware, data security, and data backup solutions to corporate customers.</li><li>Identify and close deals in SMB and Enterprise segments.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for customer meetings and sales.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and corporate clients.</li><li>Conduct regular client meetings and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.</li><li>Independently manage assigned territory and key accounts.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Technical Knowledge Required<ul><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT Security Solutions, including:</li><li>Endpoint, Network &amp; Data Security</li><li>DLP (Data Loss Prevention)</li><li>NGFW (Next-Generation Firewall)</li><li>MDM (Mobile Device Management)</li><li>Helpdesk &amp; Asset Management</li><li>OR strong experience in Backup Solutions, such as:</li><li>Server, Desktop &amp; Laptop Backup</li><li>Replication and Disaster Recovery solutions</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong customer service mindset with proven capability to work independently.</li></ul> Mandatory Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in selling data security or data backup solutions.</li><li>Proven track record of selling to corporate customers in Chandigarh or Jaipur.</li><li>Candidate must have strong local market exposure and network in the respective city (Chandigarh or Jaipur).</li><li>Prior experience with an IT reseller/channel partner organization is mandatory.</li></ul> Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in IT solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to close enterprise-level deals.</li><li>Experience in a client-facing sales role with full sales cycle management.</li></ul>
