The role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across the PSU/BFSI ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Revenue Growth Drive sales of software applications, digital solutions, and technology services across PSU Banks, BFSI institutions, and other public sector organizations.Own and consistently achieve assigned revenue targets within the PSU/BFSI segment.Identify and develop new business opportunities in: Digital BankingApplication Development &amp; ModernizationAI / ML solutionsCloud servicesData AnalyticsCompliance solutions (AML, KYC, Fraud Detection) Account Management &amp; Relationship Building Build and maintain strong relationships with: CXOsSenior business stakeholdersIT headsProcurement and vendor management teams Execute account mining and farming strategies to grow existing PSU/BFSI accounts.Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth. Sales Lifecycle Management Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including: Lead generation and qualificationRFP/RFI analysis and responseProposal and bid submissionPricing, negotiation, and deal closure Handle long sales cycles and complex deal structures typical of PSU and BFSI organizations. PSU Procurement &amp; Compliance Navigate government procurement processes, including: GeM portalPSU tendersContracting and empanelment frameworks Ensure solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements such as: RBISEBIIRDAI guidelines Internal Collaboration &amp; Reporting Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft customized, value-driven solutions.Drive consultative selling by understanding business challenges and proposing outcome-based solutions.Manage and track sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.Deliver strong presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
