This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple positions, and a good understanding of hiring strategies.</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><h4>Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across functions</h4><h4>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels</h4><h4>Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews</h4><h4>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers</h4><h4>Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers</h4><h4>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process</h4><h4>Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer status</h4><h4>Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements</h4><h4>Meet hiring targets within defined timelines</h4><h4>Use various sourcing techniques including headhunting and referrals</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></h4><h4>1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment</h4><h4>Strong understanding of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.)</h4><h4>Good communication and interpersonal skills</h4><h4>Ability to handle multiple roles and work under deadlines</h4><h4>Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking</h4><h4>Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus</h4><h4>Strong organizational and coordination skills</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></h4><h4>Experience in hiring for multiple domains (IT / Non-IT / Sales etc.)</h4><h4>Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting</h4><h4>Experience in remote hiring environments</h4><h2><br /></h2>
