Position: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Chattarpur New Delhi - 110074 Company: RD Group of Companies Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (Mon- Sat)2nd and 4th Saturdays are half days  Experience-1-3yr  Key Responsibilities  Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers Monitor company presence on social media Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness. Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google) Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for events &amp; bookings Generate leads through paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) Handle SEO &amp; improve website visibility Create engaging content (posts, reels, captions, creatives) Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports Coordinate with design and sales team for promotions Manage online listings (Google My Business, Justdial, etc.)  Requirements 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing Knowledge of Meta Ads &amp; Google Ads Basic understanding of SEO &amp; analytics tools Good communication &amp; content writing skills Experience in events/hospitality industry preferred  Qualification Graduate in Marketing / Business / Related field Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred) Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts Experience with business to customer social media and content generation
