Key Responsibilities -Build and manage partnerships with companies, startups, and GCCs for internships and full-time rolesReach out to HRs, founders, and hiring managers to establish and close placement tie-upsMaintain and strengthen long-term relationships with hiring partnersMaintain an updated database of enrolled students, including their skills, preferences, and placement readinessMap students to relevant opportunities based on role requirements and student profilesCoordinate closely with students and recruiters to ensure timely and smooth hiring processesPlan and execute placement drives across campuses (both virtual and offline)Track placement pipelines, hiring progress, and conversion outcomesEnsure a consistent and professional experience for both students and hiring partners What We’re Looking For -Strong communication and relationship management skillsAbility to engage confidently with HRs, founders, and hiring managersOutcome-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownershipAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and follow through consistentlyStructured approach to tracking data, students, and opportunitiesComfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Qualification &amp; Experience -Experience1–4 years of experience in placements, recruitment, business development, or corporate partnershipsExperience in EdTech, campus placements, or hiring ecosystems is preferredExposure to startup or tech hiring environments is an advantage SkillsStrong stakeholder management and coordination skillsAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsUnderstanding of hiring processes and common tech/domain rolesComfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or tracking systems EducationBachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
