The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies along with proven leadership capabilities.</p><p><br /></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Design and architect scalable Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and NLP-based applications</li><li>Lead end-to-end AI solution development and define the technical strategy</li><li>Mentor team members and ensure adherence to best engineering practices</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions</li><li>Optimize model performance, scalability, and deployment pipelines</li></ul><p><br /></p><h3><strong>Required Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and vector databases</li><li>Strong expertise in Python and the AI/ML ecosystem</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred)</li><li>Experience in solution architecture and technical leadership</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li></ul><p><br /></p>
