Quality Assurance &amp; Testing</strong></h4><ul><li>Execute test cases based on requirements, enhancements, and bug fixes</li><li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing</li><li>Identify, document, and track defects with structured bug reports</li><li>Prioritize issues based on business impact and ensure timely resolution</li><li>Maintain QA documentation and reports</li><li>Validate releases to ensure zero critical issues before deployment</li></ul><h4><strong>B. UAT &amp; Client Testing</strong></h4><ul><li>Lead and facilitate UAT sessions across PST and AEST time zones</li><li>Prepare UAT plans, documentation, and walkthroughs</li><li>Guide clients through workflows and capture actionable feedback</li><li>Manage UAT sign-offs and stakeholder alignment</li></ul><h4><strong>C. Client Communication &amp; Meetings</strong></h4><ul><li>Co-present in executive meetings with Project Manager / CTO</li><li>Communicate quality status, risks, and test outcomes clearly</li><li>Handle client queries, escalations, and expectations professionally</li><li>Prepare meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups</li><li>Manage time-sensitive issues, including off-hours escalations</li></ul><h4><strong>D.
