Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Fees

All subscription charges are payable in advance at the start of the selected billing cycle, unless otherwise stated for free trials or promotional offers. The applicable fee is determined by the subscription package chosen by the User.

Accepted Payment Options

Payments can be made through the methods made available on the Platform. Prolegion may modify or expand the available payment options from time to time.

Cancellations

• • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their Account settings or by contacting support.
• • Cancellation will prevent renewal of the subscription for the next billing cycle.
• • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle in which cancellation is requested.
• • Any credits or services already availed remain chargeable and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

All payments made for subscriptions or service usage are final and non-refundable. Users acknowledge that opting out, discontinuing, or partially using the services does not entitle them to any refund.

Taxes and Levies

All subscription fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless specifically mentioned otherwise. Users are solely responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or surcharges that may apply under applicable law. If required by law, Prolegion will add such charges to the invoice.
