<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> AI Engineer</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote</p><h3><br /></h3><h3><strong>About the Role:</strong></h3><p>We’re seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world applications, driving innovation across our products and services.</p><h3><br /></h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Build and deploy ML/DL models</li><li>Collaborate on integration into platforms</li><li>Analyze large datasets for insights</li><li>Implement algorithms in NLP, CV, and Recommendations</li><li>Optimize model accuracy and performance</li><li>Apply ethical AI practices (fairness, transparency, bias mitigation)</li><li>Monitor/retrain deployed models as needed</li><li>Stay current with AI/ML research</li></ul><h3><br /></h3><h3><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, AI, Data Science, or related field</li><li>Python proficiency and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn</li><li>Strong ML/NN/stats knowledge</li><li>Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li><li>Skills in data wrangling and pipeline building</li><li>Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork</li></ul><h3><br /></h3><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience with MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)</li><li>Prior production model deployment</li><li>Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD</li><li>Contributions to AI research or open-source</li></ul>
