The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, particularly for voice and non-voice BPO positions. This is an on-site role based at our Malakpet, Hyderabad office. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO roles (voice/non-voice, domestic/international).</li><li>Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.</li><li>Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other creative channels.</li><li>Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate and manage walk-ins, campus hiring, and job drives when needed.</li><li>Ensure a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with internal HR teams.</li><li>Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet future hiring needs.</li><li>Track hiring metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the hiring process.</li></ul> Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree any field.</li><li>6–9 years of hands-on experience in BPO recruitment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of BPO industry trends and talent market in Hyderabad.</li><li>Proven ability to handle volume hiring and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools.</li></ul> Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Experience working in in-house recruitment teams.</li><li>Prior exposure to recruitment for voice and non-voice processes.</li><li>Familiarity with local hiring sources in Hyderabad.</li></ul>
