<h2>Job Summary:</h2>We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js) to join our technology team. This role is critical to driving the organization’s digital products forward and ensuring seamless integration between client and server-side functionality.<h2>Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain robust frontend components using React.js and associated libraries (Redux, React Query, etc.).</li><li>Build scalable and efficient backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to define, design, and deliver new features.</li><li>Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across devices and browsers.</li><li>Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices, including unit and integration testing.</li><li>Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and integrations (SQL/NoSQL) ensuring data security and integrity.</li><li>Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).</li><li>Utilize CI/CD pipelines and Git version control to manage code deployment efficiently.</li><li>Monitor and optimize application performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development to recommend improvements.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.</li><li>Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks.</li><li>Solid experience with Node.js, Express.js, and backend API development.</li><li>Knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.</li><li>Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.</li><li>Familiarity with version control (Git), and modern development workflows (Agile, Scrum).</li><li>Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.</li></ul>
