Job Title : Travel Sales Consultant - Leisure Sales

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1–4 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their budget, destination preferences, and travel requirements.
• Design customised itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities.
• Handle quotations, bookings, reservations, payments, and travel documentation.
• Advise customers on visas, weather, local customs, and travel requirements.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support, including handling cancellations, changes, and complaints.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in leisure travel sales / holiday packages.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with travel booking systems/CRM.
