events, and corporate events across India. 

Key Responsibilities 

∙Plan, coordinate, and execute production requirements for weddings and events.  

∙Manage event setup, fabrication, décor installation, sound, lighting, staging, and 

technical production.  

∙Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners.  

∙Prepare production timelines, BOQs, and event execution plans.  

∙Conduct site visits and oversee venue preparation.  

∙Ensure timely delivery and installation of all production elements.  

∙Monitor event budgets and control production costs.  

∙Handle on-ground event operations and troubleshoot issues during execution.  

∙Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.  

∙Maintain inventory and production-related documentation.  

Required Skills & Qualifications 

∙Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production, Operations, or related field.  

∙5–8 years of experience in event production, wedding production, or event 

operations.  

∙Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.  

∙Knowledge of fabrication, staging, lighting, sound, and event infrastructure.  

∙Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  

∙Excellent communication and team management skills.  

∙Willingness to travel and work on weekends as per event requirements.
