Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern / Trainee to support our recruitment team in managing the hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates looking to start a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations while working in a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and scheduling activities
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
  • Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Learn and apply various sourcing techniques, including referrals and headhunting
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring data


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail


Preferred Skills

  • Internship experience in HR or recruitment (if any)
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals
  • Understanding of candidate sourcing techniques
  • Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
