The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions and optimize database performance. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases [MSSQL], ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability</li><li>Develop, deploy, and manage ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)</li><li>Create, maintain, and optimize reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)</li><li>Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers</li><li>Perform database tuning, query optimization, and performance monitoring</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions</li><li>Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues</li><li>Support data migration, data warehousing, and integration initiatives</li></ul> Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>4–5 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server development [MS SQL]</li><li>Strong expertise in T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization</li><li>Proven experience with SSIS for ETL development and data integration</li><li>Experience in SSRS for report development and deployment</li><li>Knowledge of database design principles and normalization</li><li>Experience with performance tuning and indexing strategies</li><li>Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (fact/dimension tables, star schema)</li><li>Good understanding of data security and backup/recovery processes</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li></ul> Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Exposure to version control tools (e.g., Git, TFS)</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments</li></ul> Please share your resumes to kiran.y@mofohptech.com
