About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – HR (Talent Acquisition) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication abilities. Candidates with exposure to HR Generalist activities will have an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and generate hiring reports.
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and a positive attitude.


Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA (HR) or MSW (Full-Time) is mandatory.
  • Part-Time, Distance, or Correspondence education will not be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Telecom, Renewable Energy, Engineering, EPC, or Industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
