About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, specializing in Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed high-budget Paid Search campaigns for international B2C clients and enjoys driving measurable business growth through data-driven performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, AI Max, and Shopping.
• Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Implement and manage advanced conversion tracking and attribution.
• Own campaign strategy, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis to maximize ROAS and business outcomes.
• Manage multiple international client accounts independently, ensuring exceptional client communication and account management.
• Present campaign insights, recommendations, and performance updates to US and UK clients.
• Identify growth opportunities through PPC, SEM, CRO, and Paid Acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable results and improve campaign performance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performing performance marketing team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Performance Marketing experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, AI Max, Shopping Campaigns).
• Strong experience with Meta Ads for customer acquisition.
• Experience implementing advanced conversion tracking and attribution.
• Proven success managing high-budget Paid Search campaigns for US and UK B2C clients.
• Excellent client-facing communication and account management skills.
• Experience independently managing multiple international client accounts.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive – On-Page Focus to take ownership of on-page, content, and technical SEO across multiple client projects. This role requires hands-on experience in website audits, content optimization, generative engine optimization (GEO), Core Web Vitals, and GA4/GSC analysis, along with the ability to guide and review off-page work executed by a separate team.

The ideal candidate is execution-driven, data-oriented, and capable of translating SEO insights into clear action plans for content writers, developers, and off-page executives.

Roles and Responsibilities

On-Page and Content SEO

• Own on-page SEO strategy and execution for 15–25 client projects simultaneously.

• Perform detailed on-page audits covering content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL structure.

• Optimize content based on search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor content gaps.

• Improve click-through rates (CTR) using Google Search Console data, including titles, meta descriptions, and structured content.

• Address thin content, duplicate content, keyword cannibalization, and content hierarchy issues.

• Plan and implement topic clusters and internal linking strategies.

• Apply local on-page SEO principles, including NAP consistency and location pages.

• Use AI-assisted content optimization tools while following Google guidelines.

Technical SEO

• Address crawlability and indexing issues involving robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and redirects.

• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, and INP) in coordination with developers.

• Conduct technical audits using Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, SE Ranking, and similar tools.

• Ensure SEO best practices are followed during website changes, migrations, and new page launches.

Analytics and Reporting

• Set up and analyze GA4, Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Tag Manager (GTM) events.

• Track organic performance, landing-page metrics, and conversion data.

• Use performance data to prioritize optimization tasks and measure impact.

Off-Page Coordination (Oversight Only)

• Guide off-page teams on anchor-text strategy, link-quality standards, and page-level link priorities.

• Review off-page deliverables for alignment with SEO strategy; direct backlink execution is not required.

Collaboration and Ownership

• Collaborate closely with content writers, developers, and project managers.

• Create clear SEO briefs and actionable optimization plans.

• Meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and drive measurable SEO improvements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on on-page and technical SEO experience; agency experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of search intent, content optimization, technical SEO fundamentals, Core Web Vitals, and page experience.

• Practical experience with GA4, GSC, GTM, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and/or SE Ranking.

• Experience optimizing websites across multiple industries.

• Ability to manage high-volume project workloads with a structured approach.

• Good written and verbal communication skills for coordination with content and development teams.

Skills and Qualifications
