Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers. You will handle inbound inquiries about RV sales, rentals, service appointments, and parts orders, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate with our sales, service, and rental teams to ensure every customer feels supported from first call through post-sale follow-up. This is a fully remote role open to candidates located anywhere in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, live chat, and web forms in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Answer questions about RV inventory, rental availability, pricing, financing options, service scheduling, and parts.
- Book, modify, and confirm RV rental reservations and service appointments in the dealership management system.
- Follow up on sales leads and hand off qualified prospects to the appropriate sales representative.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and escalating to the right department when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and communication history in the CRM.
- Coordinate with service, parts, sales, and finance teams to keep customers informed on the status of their requests.
- Process rental payments, refunds, and deposits following company policy.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction surveys, follow-up outreach, and retention campaigns.
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Requirements
Must Have
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit).
- 1–3 years of customer service, contact centre, or front-desk experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems, email, video conferencing, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
- Availability to work standard Pacific Time business hours, including some Saturdays on a rotating basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in RV, automotive, powersports, marine, or dealership environments.
- Familiarity with dealership management software (e.g., IDS, Dealertrack, Motility) or reservation platforms.
- Bilingual (English / French) is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, tourism, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: CAD $45,000 – $55,000 per year (approximately $22–$26 per hour), commensurate with experience.
