Role Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive 

business growth, generate new leads, develop strategic partnerships, and acquire high-value 

wedding and event clients. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, 

excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and client acquisition within 

the events, weddings, hospitality, or luxury services sector. 

Key Responsibilities 

∙Generate and convert new business opportunities in the wedding and events industry. 

∙Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. 

∙Build relationships with wedding clients, luxury brands, venues, hotels, corporates, and 

referral partners. 

∙Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches. 

∙Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. 

∙Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 

∙Manage social and professional networking opportunities to expand business reach. 

∙Coordinate with creative, operations, and production teams for successful project 

execution. 

∙Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals. 

Required Experience & Skills 

∙5–10 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Client 

Acquisition. 

∙Prior experience in Weddings, Events, Hospitality, Luxury Brands, or Lifestyle Industry 

preferred. 

∙Strong network and relationship-building capabilities. 

∙Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

∙Proven ability to generate leads and close business. 

∙Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional. 

Preferred Candidate 

∙Female candidates preferred. 

∙Existing network within wedding, luxury, hospitality, or corporate sectors will be an 

added advantage.
