Job Title : Senior Performance Marketer

Location: Chennai (Work From Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, specializing in Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed high-budget Paid Search campaigns for international B2C clients and enjoys driving measurable business growth through data-driven performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, AI Max, and Shopping.
• Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Implement and manage advanced conversion tracking and attribution.
• Own campaign strategy, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis to maximize ROAS and business outcomes.
• Manage multiple international client accounts independently, ensuring exceptional client communication and account management.
• Present campaign insights, recommendations, and performance updates to US and UK clients.
• Identify growth opportunities through PPC, SEM, CRO, and Paid Acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable results and improve campaign performance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performing performance marketing team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Performance Marketing experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, AI Max, Shopping Campaigns).
• Strong experience with Meta Ads for customer acquisition.
• Experience implementing advanced conversion tracking and attribution.
• Proven success managing high-budget Paid Search campaigns for US and UK B2C clients.
• Excellent client-facing communication and account management skills.
• Experience independently managing multiple international client accounts.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in:
• PPC
• SEM
• Paid Search
• Paid Acquisition
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• ROAS optimization
• Performance reporting
• Good working knowledge of:
• Shopify
• LinkedIn Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Reddit Ads
• Pinterest Ads

• Have a strong track record of scaling B2C brands through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Are comfortable owning strategy as well as execution.
• Thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Enjoy working directly with international clients and solving complex growth challenges.

• Your experience is primarily in SEO, Organic Marketing, or Content Marketing.
• You transitioned from SEO into Paid Search with only 1–2 years of Google Ads experience.
• Your experience is predominantly in B2B marketing.
• You have worked primarily in an in-house marketing team.
• Your role has been limited to campaign execution without directly managing or communicating with US or UK clients.
• You have less than 4 years of relevant digital marketing agency experience.
