About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with exposure to Next.js being an added advantage.

You will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to implement modern and responsive designs.
• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize application performance, and ensure system stability.
• Implement security best practices and data protection measures.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.
• Stay updated with the latest web development technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack Development.
