Seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Estimator in a fully remote capacity. This is a full-time contract position. The candidate must be able to operate and report during standard Pacific Time (PT) working hours. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare accurate cost estimates from drawings, BOQs, and specifications.• Perform quantity take-offs and material/labour calculations.• Analyze costs, risks, and apply appropriate contingencies.• Support bidding, tendering, and procurement with cost data.• Track and compare estimated vs. actual project costs.• Reviewing Construction and Engineering Plans to assist in Coordination.• Assisting with Project Schedules, Milestone Tracking, and documentation.• Attending Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings and contributing to team discussions.• Communicate cost insights clearly to project stakeholders. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field• 3-6 years of experience in construction project coordination or engineering• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, or equivalent)• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work setting• Must be available to work and report in Pacific Time (PT) i.e. IST 9.30 PM to 5 AM (approx.) Preferred Qualifications: (Optional)• Experience with commercial or healthcare construction projects• Familiarity with cloud-based project management tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)• OSHA 30 certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)• EIT or working toward PE (a plus)
