Job Description

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and re-marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score.
• Manage advertising budgets and improve campaign ROI.
• Create ad copies, conduct A/B testing, and optimize landing pages.
• Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and re-marketing campaigns.
• Implement conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Analyze campaign data and user behavior to improve conversion rates.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for ad copy creation and landing-page ideas.
• Stay updated on advertising trends, platform policies, and campaign optimization techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in PPC and performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience in keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.
• Experience in lead generation or e-commerce advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads or Meta Ads certification.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Knowledge of Google Shopping, programmatic advertising, and AI-driven bidding strategies.
