We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to manage the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS), analyze business data, and generate actionable insights that support informed decision-making. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy, automating reporting processes, and delivering meaningful business insights through data analysis and visualization.

As an MIS Executive, you will work with large datasets, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, create dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, and provide operational reports that improve business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, and Data Visualization, with a passion for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS reports to track key business metrics and KPIs.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver customized reports.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Create and manage dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Prepare management presentations with meaningful business insights.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests for various teams and stakeholders.

Experience Required

Must Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an MIS Executive.
• Proven experience in MIS Management, Data Analysis, and Reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with large datasets.
• Exposure to Python or R for data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

Skills Required

Must Have

• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (MS Office 2024, Macros).
• Ability to present data clearly using data visualization techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred

• Understanding of Database Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Automation Tools for streamlining reporting processes.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, MIS, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to understand business requirements and convert data into meaningful business insights.
• Experience in developing dashboards and management reports using any Business Intelligence tool (Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, etc.).
