6. Manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for management review.

Required Skills

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Insurance, Finance, BMS, BBA, Commerce or a related field
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions
3. Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
4. Basic understanding of insurance products is a plus but not mandatory — full training provided
5. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to maintain sales trackers
