Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Warehouse Operations Executive to manage warehouse operations, customer coordination, deliveries, pickups, and recovery-related activities. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate delivery, pickup, recovery, and default-related operational activities.
• Maintain operational MIS, records, and reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Draft and manage operational email communications and templates.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support warehouse operations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Update data, track operational activities, and ensure process compliance.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Warehouse Coordination, Backend Operations, or a similar role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working from warehouse locations.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts and weekends.

Working Schedule

• 9-hour shift
• Saturday and Sunday working (weekly off on weekdays)
