Role Overview
We are looking for a Mobile App Developer who can build fast, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications. The role involves working closely with product, design, and backend teams to develop and deliver high-quality applications across Android and iOS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS
Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following modern development practices
Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and third-party services
Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, QA, and DevOps teams
Build intuitive and responsive UI/UX across devices and screen sizes
Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Ensure application stability, security, and performance
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
Deploy and manage applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Maintain and enhance existing applications
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in mobile application development
Strong development skills in:
Android: Kotlin / Java
iOS: Swift / Objective-C
Understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVP, BLoC, or Clean Architecture
Experience with API integration and third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Maps, SDKs)
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Good to Have
Experience with cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Job Description -
We are seeking a Learning Solutions – Account Manager who will focus on achieving revenue targets by growing revenue within existing customers as well as penetrating new accounts and geographies. The role requires a self-starter who can develop and execute account coverage plans and consistently deliver on revenue targets.

Meet or exceed revenue targets within assigned accounts
Build strong consultative relationships with Learning Heads, BU Heads, IT Directors, and CIOs
Own and drive bookings, revenue, and margins across PAN India and international markets
Create and manage databases of prospects and leads
Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
Execute sales campaigns across T1 and T2 cities
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across existing and new customers
Analyze sales metrics and account data to improve sales strategy
Drive new business acquisition in untapped customers and geographies
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Conduct training needs assessments with customers
Identify use cases for adoption of emerging technologies and best practices
Promote certifications and learning solutions to customers
Develop detailed training proposals and execution plans
Maintain strong customer relationships for successful execution of training plans
Provide forecasting and pipeline updates
Prepare and present business reviews to senior management
Create compelling value propositions around learning services
Work with partners for joint selling opportunities when required
Execute effective sales campaigns
Qualifications & Requirements -
BE / BSc IT / MSc IT / MBA (desirable)
2+ years of experience in IT solution sales
1–3 years of experience in sales management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of emerging technologies
Good presentation, interpersonal, and selling skills
Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs
Target-driven mindset with strong commitment
Ability to handle workload and work pressure
Willingness to travel
